This is a minor point but with China, at least from my experience and observations, any types of “sharing products” would be tough because of a general lack of awareness to protect and maintain those shared items. I’ve seen many of those bikes intentionally damaged and left to rust with no efforts done to collect or repair them on the streets of China when I was there a year ago. I also remember being very shocked at the waste it creates and feeling bad for the lack of environmental sustainability in this model.
